Uber Eats UK&I has been a successful market for our global business. The Grocery & Retail team is responsible for Uber Eats' new products and categories including grocery, convenience, pickup, and other multifaceted commercial business lines!

We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to help key partners across Grocery, Convenience and Retail grow their business sustainably whilst delivering the best experience to our users, with the goal of making Uber Eats their most loved delivery platform.

What You'll Do:

  • Internal and external advocate. Be the merchants' go-to person and navigate internal processes to provide the best outcome for the client and our market.
  • Bring your analytical A-game. You will be performing analysis with local/central operations teams to understand trends, providing actionable insights, and tracking productivity and success of initiatives to ensure we are driving towards the best possible outcome
  • Handle the big picture and the tiny details. You are organized and always on top of your deadlines to ensure nothing gets missed. You also have an eye to the big picture and flourish by creating new ways to add to existing partnerships
  • Drive initiatives. You will drive and support key initiatives across our business teams to grow strategic and long term opportunities with our various partners. This involves wearing many hats and jumping in to help your teammates when the needs arise
  • Read between the lines. You will be working with stakeholders from various teams such as Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, etc.
  • Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships

What You'll Have:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in account management, business development, sales or partner management required for Enterprise accounts
  • Proven track record in building strong relationships with partners and achieving sales and business objectives
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and Excel proficiency, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience managing diverse stakeholders across different levels of an organization.

  • Proven ability in project management, particularly in developing and executing detailed business plans for large-scale projects.
  • Highly autonomous and proactive, with the ability to innovate and drive initiatives independently in ambiguous environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and the ability to navigate complex partner ecosystems.
  • Experience in the grocery and retail segment preferred
