We are partnering with our sister company, Vectorworks, to hire a dedicated position for Bluebeam in Canada.  This position will report directly to Bluebeam but the employer of record will be Vectorworks Canada Inc.

In this role you'll support existing customers across Canada nurturing and renewing; working to find their true needs and match them with Revu and our partners. Our Account Managers are passionate about collaborating with their customers and internal teams to ensure they take advantage of everything Bluebeam has to offer, customer training, technical support, and much more. Note: Applicants for this role should live in the Toronto Area.

More about what you’ll do:

  • Maintain and grow business
  • Ensure 100% of annual quota is attained or exceeded
  • Maintain a pro-active consultative approach with all customers on assigned list
  • Be initial Bluebeam contact point for all assigned accounts
  • Effectively negotiate value-based agreements with all customers
  • Proficiently use SFDC to record events in assigned accounts and individual key metrics
  • Accurately forecast via SFDC
  • Partner and develop professional working relationships and initiatives with other Bluebeam internal business partners 

What we would like to see in you:

You have a natural talent for building long term relationships and mutual partnerships with customers to match them with valuable solutions. You are a fantastic communicator who enjoys leading and facilitating conversations, especially at the business-level. You naturally ask questions in order to understand and uncover what’s most important. You’re able to balance the big picture with shorter-term goals and you thrive in environments where you’re able to bridge gaps and recommend solutions. You believe that negotiation isn’t a power play, but rather an opportunity for organizations to be able to work together to create, communicate, and increase mutual value.

  • 3+ years of experience working in full cycle professional sales-based role
  • Strong communication - written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable with change
  • Firm understanding of all other internal software applications that allow for enhanced territory management including Microsoft Office, PowerBI, and Slack
  • Proficient with CRM tools such as Salesforce for managing customer prospects and forecasting/reporting sales opportunities
  • Ability to effectively present to all levels of a business including the C-Suite
  • Knowledge and experience in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) field is a BIG plus, but we will consider software sales experience from other industries
  • Ability and willingness to travel (up to 50%)

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales position are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan.

Salary range: CAN$ 67,500 – CAN$ 90,000 plus commission
