What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of top restaurant partners, acting as their trusted advisor and growth strategist.
- Build strong relationships through email, calls, and in-person meetings.
- Drive revenue growth by upselling marketing products like ads and promotions.
- Use data and KPIs to track performance, identify opportunities, and build scalable success stories.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Ops teams to deliver a seamless merchant experience.
- Roll out best practices, train partners, and help them make the most of our platform.
- Share market insights and learnings with internal teams to keep us all improving.
- Champion Uber Eats' mission and values in every conversation and interaction.
What You'll Need
- +4 years of experience managing large or enterprise-level commercial accounts.
- Proven track record in upselling, client management, and growth strategy.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills-you know how to make numbers make sense.
- Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and solving complex problems on the fly.
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or the restaurant industry is a big plus.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with attention to detail and a drive to get things done.
