About the Role
Uber Eats is looking for sharp, highly motivated individuals to join our Merchant Expansion Team. This role focuses on post-sales support, helping merchants turn potential into reality. As an Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving sustainable growth, retaining high-value accounts, and providing strategic guidance to improve business operations. By expanding services and fostering long-term partnerships, you'll create mutually beneficial revenue growth for both merchants and Uber Eats.
What You'll Do
- Drive business performance within your assigned portfolio, enhancing the experience for restaurants, delivery partners, and consumers.
- Renegotiate commercial agreements to optimize long-term partnerships.
- Ensure we have the best restaurant selection while optimizing their operational performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners, identifying growth opportunities to elevate their delivery business.
- Address and escalate complex operational issues, ensuring timely resolution for our top restaurant partners.

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a B2B or B2C client-facing role.
- Passion for working with top accounts and shaping a business together.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets to interpret data and extract insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills-able to present a compelling value proposition, overcome objections, and drive commitments.
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities effectively, and follow through on tasks.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Willingness to hustle, roll up sleeves, and work closely with high-value partners to achieve revenue, retention, and adoption goals.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze restaurant needs, identify opportunities, and creatively problem-solve.
- Experience with CRM systems and SQL is a plus.
- E-commerce experience is a plus.
