This position is for an Enterprise Account Manager who is responsible for managing and growing relationships with our key enterprise partners and engaging with end users to ensure satisfaction and drive adoption. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of enterprise sales, partnership management, and end-user engagement.

What will you do?
Partners Management (40%)
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise partners. Act as the primary point of contact and ensure partners are satisfied with our services and solutions.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans that align with both companies' strategic objectives. Identify new opportunities for growth and drive initiatives to achieve mutual goals.
- Sales Enablement: Support partners in achieving their sales targets by providing training, resources, and guidance on our products and services. Assist in the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management. Address any issues or challenges that may arise and work with partners to implement corrective actions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure partners receive the necessary support and resources. Facilitate communication and collaboration between partners and internal stakeholders.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions. Share insights with partners and internal teams to help shape our strategies and offerings.
- Contract Management: Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Handle contract renewals and amendments as needed.
End User Engagement (25%)
- Engage directly with end users to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure they are getting the most value from our products and services.
- Conduct regular check-ins and provide support to enhance user experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase end-user adoption and usage of our products.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by end users promptly and effectively.
- Collect and analyze end-user feedback to identify areas for improvement and work with internal teams to implement necessary changes.
Sales Execution (20%)
- Develop proficiencies in Sales Execution Process, use of sale tools (BFO/Designer Portal/Sales Portals/Order Management), Delivery Process, TCE Management Process & Contracting & Com/Legal Negotiation Process
- Manage a strong opportunity pipelines & track opportunity Win Rate to achieve accurate monthly/quarterly/ yearly forecast targets by LOB, by Individual & Segments Sales Quota
- Conduct opportunity Lost & Win Reviews to enhance the discipline of Internal Sales Learning and promote sharing of best-selling practices across Sales & Extended Sales Team
- Work closely with Technical Teams, SMEs, LOBs, BDs, Service Delivery team and functional teams to develop, manage and close deals on time on target
- Strategize, develop & deliver strong pitch to customers on SP offerings, proposed solutions and corporate messaging across the sales cycle
Secondary Functions (15%)
- Participate in all Sales Enablement, Coaching & Certifications to enhance Competency level in required Knowledge, Skills & Conduct
- Ensure quarterly Country business objectives are met
- Provide feedback & participate in Sales Process & Bid Process Enhancement activities to streamline internal Sales/Bid processes to react to Customer's requirements more effectively and efficiently
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Qualifications
- Minimum diploma or degree in Electrical / Electronic or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
Required Experience
- At least 3 years sales experience (Knowledge of the M&E industry and direct & channels selling a definite requirement)
- At least 3 years Sales experience in managing customers in Singapore
- Proven & outstanding record of achieving sales targets preferably in the Secure Power industry.
Knowledge and Skills
Required:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and end users.
- Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired but not essential:
- Possess good knowledge in finance and reading of financial statement will be an advantage
- Possess good Knowledge in Sales Contracts terms & conditions negotiation skills
- Possess good Knowledge in Sales lead generating Marketing Programs and partnership with Marketing and Business Development team to drive Target Sector/Industry Solutions Campaigns
