We are seeking an outstanding individual to join our Global Membership Program as the Engagement & Retention Sr Strategy & Planning Manager. This individual will contribute to Membership Engagement & Retention Strategy, designing, building, and executing tactics to drive outcomes that promote user frequency, platform engagement, and retention. This role will require a mix of business insights, analytical problem solving, and the ability to work cross functionally to drive key tactics forward.
The right candidate possesses a combination of strategic problem solving, analytical expertise, and ability to work and communicate with cross functional teams. They will develop a point of view on how to improve the Membership program, and be able to successfully communicate their vision and work with teams to achieve desired outcomes.

---- What the Candidate Will Do ----
Engagement
- Design and execute tactics to promote cross-platform engagement
- Build strategies to attract and increase engagement of the existing members base
- Support the development of a holistic user lifecycle strategy, designing the membership lifecycle strategy from the ground up
- Support the execution of engagement products and tooling, promoting regional adoption and managing scaled execution
- Develop tactics to drive increased loyalty to drive long term membership engagement
Retention
- Identify key drivers of membership churn, designing and developing tactics to reduce churn rates
- Work cross functionally to support the development and launch of payment success levers to improve overall retention rates
- Help shape and strategy for Uber One's Annual Plan growth strategy
- Lead the development of Uber Ones retention-focused partnerships and perks strategy and program manage the execution of prioritized deals
Strategy & Analytics:
- Build dashboards to monitor Pricing & Marketplace performance for Membership
- Conduct rigorous quantitative analyses to determine where Membership is performing well and areas of opportunity
---- Basic Qualifications ----
- 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, tech, finance, or a related field
- Previous experience with stakeholder management.
- Experience/Ability to multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- SQL proficiency and experience with involved data analytics

- Financial acumen - understands the importance of investments and different means of measuring return
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience with membership programs or in a competitive analysis role.
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$112,000 per year - USD$124,000 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,500 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,500 per year.
For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,500 per year.
