About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and innovative B2B Content & Campaigns Manager to shape and execute a content strategy that ignites growth and strengthens relationships. In this role, you'll be the architect of a bold content strategy that not only attracts and engages but sets the standard in the industry.

Collaborating closely with our acquisition team, you'll develop powerful campaigns that captivate new audiences, while partnering with our existing customer team to foster deep engagement and loyalty.

You will be responsible for localising and optimising content, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels, and supporting broader campaign initiatives. The Content Manager will also oversee the execution of content across EMEA and APAC, ensuring it resonates with target audiences and drives measurable results.

What You'll Do
  1. Content strategy & scaling: Develop and execute content strategies that drive growth, scaling across new and existing marketing channels.
  2. Campaign execution: Lead the execution of content for organic and paid campaigns on channels like LinkedIn and Demandbase, ensuring alignment with both customer acquisition and retention goals.
  3. Content creation & localisation: Create and localise content across formats, including social media, emails, blog posts, case studies, webinar decks and video scripts.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with acquisition and existing customer teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns (IMC) that align with business objectives.
  5. Content optimisation & performance: Publish content, track its performance, and implement optimisation strategies to maximise engagement.
  6. Stakeholder management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, and product marketing, to ensure alignment on content and campaign initiatives.
  7. Project management: Oversee content localisation projects and legal reviews, ensuring timely delivery and quality across regions.
  8. Brand consistency: Maintain consistent messaging and tone across EMEA and APAC markets.
  9. Agency management: Work with external agencies to ensure high-quality content production and campaign delivery.

What You'll Need
  1. Language proficiency: Fluency in English; proficiency in French, German, Arabic or Japanese is a plus.
  2. Content experience: Minimum of 5 years in content development across social media, email, and other marketing channels, with a focus on scaling content across new and existing channels.
  3. Campaign execution: Proven experience managing campaigns on paid channels like LinkedIn and Demandbase.
  4. Integrated marketing experience: Experience working on integrated marketing campaigns (IMC) that involve collaboration across teams and channels.
  5. Writing & editing skills: Excellent writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  6. Stakeholder management: Experience managing relationships with internal stakeholders such as sales, legal, and marketing teams.
  7. Project management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organisational and time management skills.

Bonus Points If
  1. B2B experience: Experience in B2B content development is a plus but not essential.
  2. Localisation expertise: Experience working on content localisation for international markets.
  3. Tools experience: Familiarity with ABM tools like Demandbase and sales tools like Salesforce, as well as CRM platforms such as Marketo and HubSpot.
