The Commercial Lead is a people manager who will lead commercial efforts across Account Managers within a region. This individual drives the commercial strategy within our largest and highest potential geos in Mexico City, making commercial decisions to help us against our goal of winning demand by cuisine type and geo by geo. The Commercial lead owns the results of all sides of the marketplace - not just selection but also experience.
What You'll Do
- Develop local expertise of merchant, courier, and eater supply and demand within a large or complex region
- Lead team of Account Managers to drive commercial strategy and priorities
- Make decisions to provide the best selection and experience within your region
- Own performance of all sides of the market (merchant, courier, and eater) in partnership with our Operations team
- Build vision and strategy for winning in the city, looking for special strategies per cuisine, per partner and per ABS.

What You'll Need
- 6-8 years of sales and people management experience in high-paced environments.
- Proven track record in cold-calling and business development.
- People management skills are mandatory; experience leading sales teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Expertise in prospecting and closing transactional deals.
- Experience using CRM tools (like Salesforce) to manage day-to-day activities.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing to drive partner success.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- A team-first mentality, self-driven with a positive attitude and passion for learning.
- Ability to travel within your assigned territory.
