About the Role
The Uber Advertising Sales team is looking for strategic sellers to be founding members of our newly formed Uber Advertising division. As an Ads Client Partner, you will be responsible for building mutually helpful ads partnerships with our largest partners in within the entertainment, gaming, and sports vertical. You will own the ads sales strategy for a portfolio of top brands and drive adoption of a growing suite of ads offerings across our Mobility and Delivery platforms. You will work closely with our Partner Managers to consistently deliver on our partners' marketing objectives.
What You'll Do
- Execute ads partnership strategies that deliver on your partners' marketing objectives and exceed quarterly growth goals
- Build relationships with Director, VP and C-level marketing executives and key marketing decision makers within partner organizations
- Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations
- Be an indispensable cross-functional partner across the Product, Marketing and Operations team to ensure we are delivering on partner needs
- Expand ads product adoption across our Mobility and Delivery offerings
- Clearly communicate the value of our newest ads products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offerings
- Develop pitch narratives that scale across our Ads team and drive growth for our partners
- Be ready to wear many hats to build our business and jump in to help your teammates when the need arises
- Be the voice of the customer to help inform future Ads product roadmaps

Basic Qualifications
- At least 4+ years of full-time experience
- Experience working with large entertainment brands in digital advertising sales
- Experience selling advertising solutions to large, complex enterprise brands and organizations
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
- Ability to build and implement strategic sales plans that result in success for our partners and Uber
- Creative storyteller with the ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision makers
- Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills
- Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity

For Culver City, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$100,000 per year - USD$111,000 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$111,000 per year - USD$123,000 per year.
