About the Role
The Account Manager position is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your relationship-building and sales skills as the go-to contact for our top restaurant partners! In this role, you'll focus on Small-to-Medium Sized Business (SMB) post-sales, driving growth by upselling marketing products, ensuring high operational quality, and securing long-term partnerships. Account Managers play a key role in helping our partners succeed on our platform and consulting them on growth opportunities!
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of Uber Eats restaurant partners, helping them thrive on our platform
- Build and maintain strong communication with merchant partners through email, phone, and in-person meetings
- Upsell marketing products like ads and promotions to boost merchant success
- Standardize best practices in merchant success and refine processes within your territory
- Collaborate with Operations and Sales teams to address merchant questions, issues, and relationship management
- Track and review merchant KPIs and OKRs to understand performance, identify challenges, and spot new opportunities
- Share insights to foster a results-focused mindset within the team
- Provide hands-on support in vendor management, training, and introducing new features or products to merchants
- Represent Uber Eats' mission, brand, and product with pride!

What You'll Need
- 3+ years in sales, account management, operations, or a related field
- Proficiency with data tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Python
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to make commercial data accessible for merchant partners through charts, visuals, and storytelling
- Proven experience upselling promotional products and ads
- Excellent communication skills and critical thinking abilities
- Expertise in cold-calling and outreach strategies
- Background in e-commerce or marketplace environments
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
