About the Role
This is a critical leadership role in the Uber Eats UKI Enterprise team. The Enterprise team owns the largest and most recognisable restaurant brands in the country, from local favourites like Rosa's Thai and Honest Burger, to national staples like Pret and KFC. The National team in Enterprise, owns loved brands with a national presence. The National Accounts Team Lead will lead a team of Account Managers, and is accountable for the success of these brands on the Uber Eats platform.
In this role, you'll hold C-Suite relationships with Restaurant Partners, acting as an advocate and escalation point. You'll get to know the brands, so you can be a thought partner to your team. You'll manage, inspire and lead a team of capable Account Managers, to passionately deliver for our Restaurant Partners. You'll be accountable for helping Partners grow on the platform, improve their operations to reduce cost and give an exceptional Customer experience. You'll work cross functionally, to pull in the collective power of Uber, to deliver mutual benefit for your brands and Uber.

This role calls for management and deep commercial experience. You will be a problem solver with a positive attitude, you'll thrive with ambiguity and can operate with a structured approach. More than anything, you'll be passionate about delivering for Restaurant Partners and Couriers.
What the Candidate will do
- Manage a capable and high performing team
- Coach, train and thought partner your team, to help them develop and grow and Uber, and deliver for their Restaurant Partners
- Audit team performance, through weekly and monthly business review cycles
- Facilitate Joint Business Planning and Quarterly Business Review cycles with Merchants
- Have accountability for the team's PnL and OKRs, and in turn, the success and commercial performance of a portfolio of Restaurants
- Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with Partners, where the team needs support
- Hold C-Suite and senior stakeholder relationships with Restaurants
- Operate as an escalation point for Account Managers and Restaurant Partners
- Innovate how we operate and support Restaurants, to achieve the goal of being the preferred delivery Partner to our Restaurants
- Make decisions on the allocation of capital, resource and the structure of complicated contracts, using your analytical capabilities combined with strong commercial acumen
- Work cross functionally with stakeholders to advocate for your Merchants, collaborate to solve problems and share learnings and best practice
What the Candidate will need
- Experience as a manager of a high performing team, able to motivate, inspire and train a team
- Past experience in a Customer / Partner facing role, operating with C-Suite stakeholders
- Deep commercial experience, from either working in long cycle sales, account management, business development or owning a business unit / team
- Proven track record of working in a fast paced environment, where you've met or surpassed targets / OKRs
- Confident in using data to understand account / business unit performance and make decisions
- Problem solving skills, able to think creatively and take the initiative
- Experience in the technology or food delivery industry
