About the Internship
Uber Eats is looking for a Sales Intern to join their team in Mexico City. This role is both strategic and hands-on and calls for a combination of customer obsession, savvy analytics, strategic thinking and strong execution. You will have to think creatively to find ways to continuously improve the status quo.
What You'll Do
Your internship at Uber will allow you to combine many skills every day: technical expertise, communication, project management, process creation and automation, and advanced analysis. You will have hands-on experience managing one of the projects that will have a real impact on Eats business.
You will work with the Enterprise team to support our account management & operations. This may include helping to improve the serviceability of some locations and building a process, resurrecting churned accounts or improving our in-store engagement with these brands. Supported by the rest of the team, key activities will include:

- Problem Solving - Solve business challenges by identifying the root cause and implementing effective solution.
- Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management - Engage with a number of functions across the business - city managers, restaurant operations, account managers.
- Project management and execution - Plan and project manage multiple projects and have the ability to execute in a constantly changing, complex environment
- Data Analytics - measure and understand performance and run "real world" experiments to prove and quantify the effect of optimisation
Basic Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program for the full duration of the internship
- Available to start on January/ February 2025 and work part-time for at least 12 months
- Work authorization in Mexico - No visa sponsorship is available for internships
- Written and spoken fluency in English required
Preferred Qualifications
- Communication: Using interpersonal skills and situational awareness to clearly deliver information to a variety of audiences
- Planning and Organization: Setting up and maintaining systems to appropriately structure and keep track of tasks and projects
- Problem Solving: Effectively resolving issues that involve people, things, and processes by using logic and common sense
- Stakeholder Management: Taking time to build meaningful relationships; earning the trust of others within the organization through strong situational awareness and reliability
- Teamwork: Demonstrates optimism, respects others, and works well in a team
- Skills: Negotiation skills in a plus.
