This role is primarily focused on generating meetings with prospects based in the UK and Ireland. You will engage with key decision-makers across industries, positioning Trustly as a leader in Open Banking and A2A payment solutions.

This role reports directly to the VP of Revenue Operations and you will work closely with UK Commercial Leadership and Sales Teams, ensuring that your outreach efforts are aligned with broader sales strategies. You'll also collaborate across departments, such as Marketing, to support ongoing campaigns and events. The compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary with a performance-based variable component.

What you'll do

  • Scheduling meetings: Set up high-quality discovery and pitch meetings with target prospects for Trustly sales representatives
  • Qualifying Leads: Assess the needs, budget and decision making process of potential customers to determine if they are a good product/market/use case fit
  • Nurturing Leads: Follow up with potential customers over time to build relationships and move them through the sales pipeline
  • CRM Management: Diligently track and record all interactions with prospects in Salesforce, maintaining up-to-date account summaries, outreach strategies, and progress through the sales pipeline
  • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with sales and marketing to ensure alignment on target accounts, hitlist reviews, and campaign strategies. You will be an integral part of the Revenue Operations team, supporting regional goals and growth initiatives
