About the Role

The merchant onboarding & life-cycle team plays a crucial part in ensuring that our clients are onboarded quickly and with high integration quality with Trustly, which is one of the company's highest priorities. As our Delivery Manager, you will support Trustly clients across all our businesses (E-commerce, Financial Services, Gaming, and Travel) during the onboarding process. Our team is currently based in Stockholm, London, and Malta, and together, we ensure that our clients have a smooth experience while they implement our products and solutions quickly and with high quality.

What you'll do

  • Guide the clients to implementing the most suitable Trustly product solution by becoming an expert on Trustly's products and architecture
  • Manage multiple clients simultaneously, balancing business-level and technical conversations across different client organization levels. Support our commercial teams in technical discussions with our clients
  • Conducting rigorous testing in both UAT (User Acceptance Testing), UX verification, and production environments to ensure flawless integration and smooth transaction processing
  • Analyze, monitor, and interpret client performance the first 30-60 days when going live with Trustly and collaborate across Trustly teams to resolve issues and increase effectiveness. This includes driving customer optimization discussions with the client - UX improvements, best practices, etc
  • Be in contact with our clients via video call, messaging or email, and occasionally on-site during workshops and demos
  • Ensure a smooth handoff from pre-sales to post-sales

Who you are

  • You have 3+ years of experience working in a technical role (preferably fintech/online payments) and have a solid understanding of API integrations, and the ability to explain API concepts to both technical and non-technical customer stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven; ability to understand data sets and leverage this data to drive customer outcomes and adoption
  • A passion for technology and problem-solving and an aptitude to learn quickly and rapidly build domain and product knowledge at Trustly
  • You are service-minded and customer-focused. Ability to leverage your business acumen to assess client needs and drive outcomes
  • Great verbal and written communication skills. Ability to successfully manage multiple client interactions independently, at all levels, with high quality and grace under pressure
  • Excellent collaborator with the skills needed to engage across multiple teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Risk, Support) and multiple geographies to drive the outcomes needed to ensure success
  • Bonus if you have
  • Prior experience at a growth-stage internet/software company (preferably fintech/online payments)
  • Experience with tools like Qlik or Tableau
  • Prior experience working with enterprise companies as well as tech-savvy start-ups
  • Proven project management skills or a strong desire to build those skills
  • Experience working towards the German market or if you are German-speaking
