Who we are looking for:

As we continue to grow globally, the Commercial Sales Operations Team is looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable individual to join as a Sales Operations Program Specialist to continue the success of our Commercial Center of Excellence. In this position, the Sales Operations Program Specialist will provide direct support for the Commercial Sales and Account Management teams with the goal of achieving annual financial targets. This position requires interaction with multiple departments across the organization, so strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team are paramount.

What you will be doing:

  • Project manage a variety of programs vital to the overall success of the Commercial organization. Manage and report on data elements for strategic use by senior leaders.


  • Optimize multiple Commercial team programs such as new hire onboarding, sales tool playbooks, and more.


  • Work with team members across the organization to establish more efficient processes for evaluating and working through sales opportunities.


  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget. Analyze project status and revise next steps and timeline expectations as needed.


  • Take on ad-hoc projects related to client and prospect meetings in support of the Sales/AM team.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience managing program deadlines and coordinating with internal employees and external customers in the healthcare technology space.


  • Experience supporting Sales and Product teams to implement programs and manage timelines.


  • A strong communicator and attention to detail when managing data projects and other large initiatives


  • A team player who is comfortable interacting with multiple groups across a company


  • Flexible and adaptable in the face of new challenges and tasks


  • The ability to learn new tools/platforms and share this knowledge with others

Bonus:

  • Prior Project Management experience in the Health Technology space
