Your Title: Product Manager, Platform Enablement

Overview
App Xchange is a platform that facilitates the flow of data between disparate apps within the construction industry. At a high level, we help solve common problems that exist when data and user workflows span across multiple applications. This platform is used by Trimble teams, external tech companies, system integrators, and construction companies to integrate their data. Our goal is to make this platform accessible and usable to everyone in the construction industry. We need your help to make this a reality.
What you will be doing
- This role will be responsible for ensuring that Trimble product teams, external partners, and customers find success using the features of the App Xchange platform
- Assisting customers with the initial setup of the platform, including account creation, configuration, and connecting with existing systems
- Developing content for and providing training sessions, workshops, and webinars to help customers understand the features and capabilities of the platform and how to use them effectively
- Responding to partner and customer inquiries and resolving technical issues related to the platform, including troubleshooting and debugging issues that arise
- Providing strategic guidance to customers on how to leverage the platform to achieve their business goals, optimize workflows, and automate processes
- Collecting customer feedback and insights, including feature requests and bug reports, and sharing that information with the product and engineering teams to inform product roadmap and development decisions
- Creating training content that will ultimately enable customers to become more independent with using the App Xchange platform

- Integration Expertise: Strong understanding of various integration patterns, protocols, and technologies.
- Project Management: Ability to lead and manage complex integration projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in tools and programming languages commonly used in integrations. Familiarity with JavaScript and C# programming languages highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical concepts into understandable terms.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify integration bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Platform Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the App Xchange platform.
- Change Management: Skill in driving organizational change by advocating for best practices, encouraging adoption of new integration technologies, and managing resistance.
- Security Awareness: Understanding of integration security practices, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Knowledge of testing methodologies for integrations, including integration testing and end-to-end testing.
- Integration Projects: Previous experience managing and leading successful integration projects, from design to implementation and maintenance.
- Development: Previous experience as an engineer coding in JavaScript and C# is highly desired.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Experience working with development teams, business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
- Platform Implementation: Hands-on experience implementing and configuring integration platforms, leveraging tools and features for seamless connectivity.
- Performance Optimization: Proven track record of optimizing integrations for speed, efficiency, and scalability, ensuring smooth operations under varying workloads.
- Training and Enablement: Past involvement in training developers, partners, and internal teams on integration platform usage and best practices.
- Issue Resolution: Experience in diagnosing and resolving integration-related issues, whether technical glitches or process-related challenges.
- Compliance and Governance: Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to data privacy and integration, ensuring adherence in all integrations.
- Monitoring and Analytics: Proficiency in setting up monitoring and analytics tools to track integration performance, detect anomalies, and gather insights for continuous improvement.
