Lead and coordinate multiple marketing functions, driving innovative strategies and programs to boost our products and services. Develop and execute marketing plans for various market sectors. Foster a high-performing team by selecting, nurturing, and evaluating talent to ensure seamless operations.

  • Responsible for external communications, including website, ad copy, email and blogs
  • Use key brand personas as a guide to develop campaigns, strategies, and content
  • Responsible for executing content that resonates with a global audience and supports expansion efforts
  • Responsible for testing and tracking content performance and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Responsible for upholding our editorial guidelines and ensuring a consistent, desirable message is conveyed through communications channels
  • Responsible for identifying relevant communication opportunities and creating, placing, and communicating content and messages
  • Responsible for crafting stories that resonate with our target audience and delivering them in innovative ways
  • Responsible for the end-to-end content journey for a customer, including developing messaging strategies for nurture tracks, advertising, and websites
  • Ability to collaborate with product marketing, PR, demand generation, sales, customer support, and creative teams to develop content marketing strategies and deliverables
  • Plan and define our content distribution strategies based on platform metrics, and what is driving the biggest engagement/revenue to hit our goals
  • Ability to plan, develop, and publish content on our blog.
  • Ability to write for the website, email, landing pages, social media, and advertising.
  • Ability to write long and short-form content.
  • Editing and proofreading content from other team members.
  • Ability to organize your work and efficiently meet campaign deadlines.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
  • Degree in communications, marketing or (4+ years) of equivalent experience in marketing communications.
  • Expert written and communication skills with experience creating copy to build awareness, nurture, convert, and retain customers.
  • Strong copywriting skills: clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy, and mastering a brand's unique language.
  • Familiarity with commonly used style guides.
  • Working knowledge of the Google Suite.
  • Experience creating copy for a global audience.
  • Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices.
  • Experience working with a brand that has a large community base.
  • Ability to work within deadlines and move projects forward.
