What You Will Do
The Pre Sales Dealer Enablement Trainer will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of curriculum and content to support the pre-sales training of dealers for our Civil Construction portfolio - on machine, off machine and office software.

- Teach and enable our sellers, internal and dealers, how to sell the Civil Construction offerings, the value proposition of the solutions for the contractor's business, understand contractor pain points and speak to those in a sales demo.
- Develop and deploy content via e-learning sites, virtual-led training and in-person training.
- Work closely with the business to understand product messaging, customer value proposition and workflows and translate into learning content and coordinate with the Post Sales Dealer Training team on an as needed basis
- Provide structured feedback from sellers to the marketing team that can be leveraged to inform product development
- Deep understanding of the civil construction industry, target markets and customers
- Deep understanding of the Trimble offerings for civil construction contractors, including a strong understanding of the customer pain points and key workflows
- Understanding of what it means to teach sellers how to sell a product vs train the customer post-sales
- Strong systems mindset with the ability to create clear structure and organization from multiple inputs and views
- Comfort with technology for deployment - e-learning websites, video conferencing
This role will report out of the Westminster, Colorado Trimble office.
Remote locations will be considered for the right combination of skills.
