What You Will Do
Trimble Europe B.V. (TEBV) has a Financial Shared Services Center (SSC) in Best in The Netherlands. From the SSC we process AP Invoices, Payments, Bank-statements and Intercompany transactions for various Trimble Entities in various countries (Netherlands, Belgium, UK, Germany, France, Switzerland, Norway and Sweden). This is done by a team of SSC professionals using mainly Oracle (Also Netsuite and Exact) for the registration of the transactions. The AP Team Manager is leading the SSC team on a day to day basis. AP Team Manager makes sure the team can perform, processes are being reviewed and improved constantly, policies are being applied, accurate work and a high quality of service is being delivered. You will report to the European Finance Manager in Best.

- Manage Accounts Payable team which continues to grow
- Ensure internal and external compliance
- Understand related processes and improve existing processes
- Work closely with internal customers in the various countries, deliver the service
- Support the team to close the books every month
- Audit and SOX - providing information for transactional-related audits, SOX issues and testing
- Work with project teams for integration of businesses/ Legal Entities
- At least 3 years of experience in successfully managing a group of professionals
- Strong Accounting background
- Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Fluent level of English
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Oracle, Netsuite and Google Sheets are beneficial
- Ability to be a collaborative team player who can successfully build strong working relationships
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Ability to oversee complex processes, structures and systems
- Completed HBO/ BA education

About Your Location
Our office is located in Best, The Netherlands.
In a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time working in the office based on the position and the business need. Typically hybrid positions are 3 days per week in the office.
