As an HRIS Advisor, you will utilize your extensive knowledge of Workday configuration, with a particular emphasis on Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, and Security. You will partner with the HR Team, offering consultancy and recommendations, while collaborating with your teammates worldwide. Additionally, you will implement solutions to enhance both the employee experience and operational efficiency within the Workday platform
What You'll Bring:
- 3-5 Years experience configuring Workday Advanced Compensation, leading annual compensation cycles, or as an implementation partner
- Experience configuring Workday Recruiting
- Strong Workday Security knowledge
- Workday reporting & calculated field experience
- Strong knowledge with process optimization, interpreting Workday functional, research and gaps within the product to provide alternate solutions guide functional team members and customers
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Workday
- Offer configuration expertise and guidance to HRIS team members and stakeholder
- Highly collaborative, with a problem-solving, design-thinking, and customer-centric mindset, coupled with a high level of curiosity
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to pivot in a fast-paced global environment
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Expertise in acquisition integration work to seamlessly integrate HR systems solutions
- You will bring a deep understanding of HR process and technology
- Ability to implement solutions and enhance the employee experience and operation efficiency within the Workday platform
- This role reports directly to the HRIS Sr Manager
- Optimize and automate HR workflows to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency
- Implement user-friendly configurations that make it easier for employees to access and use HR services
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through meticulous configuration and regular audits
- Introduce new features and functionalities that keep the HR system up to date with the latest trends and technologies

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $112,500.00 - $187,500 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.
Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
