Independently create and maintain comprehensive test plans outlining objectives, scope, resources, and timelines for all applicable testing activities for full SDLC. Design test cases specific to critical scenarios and business requirements. Perform data review and evaluation, including Personally Identifiable Information (PII), during duration of multiple projects. Independently develop standards for mismatch process to automate attributes and algorithms calculation results. Oversee automated regression testing, validate software changes and updates, and migration in on-premises and cloud environments. Plan performance testing to evaluate the scalability and responsiveness of attributes calculation. Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development teams for timely resolution. Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, test cases, and automated scripts. Guide, train and mentor team members.
