About the Role:

As a QA Automation Engineer within our Go-to-marketplace Applications Automation team, you will be a driver of Crowdstrike's growth over the next year and beyond. You will develop and maintain automated tests for our Salesforce applications, As a QA Automation Engineer, You will be taking ownership of automation along with QA Automation team for Crowdstrike.

What You'll Do:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using frameworks like but not limited to Selenium or Robot Framework
  • Develop and maintain test automation scripts, unit test scripts, and page repository maintenance
  • Collaborate with QA leadership to develop testing strategies and roadmaps
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure testing alignment with product goals
  • Perform unit, functional, and regression testing using CICD platforms
  • Write and automate test cases, triage bugs, and write actionable bug reports adhering quality and standard process
  • Stay up-to-date with new automation technologies, particularly those related to Salesforce
What You'll Need:
  • 2+ Years of Experience in QA on Business Applications
  • Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, and Bitbucket
  • Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium or Robot Framework
  • Understanding of Salesforce-specific features and functionality, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs
  • Introductory knowledge of SOQL queries
  • Understanding of SDLC process, Agile methodologies, and best practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
Bonus Points:
  • Experience and certifications in Salesforce QA
  • Knowledge of containerisation using Docker and experience with CICD tools like Jenkins
  • Certification in Test Automation or a related field
  • Salesforce certifications like Admin or Certified Application Builder (CAB)
  • Any Automation Certification
Shift Timings: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
