What You'll Bring:
We're looking for a Program Manager to join our growing team.
The primary responsibility of the Program Manager is to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards as per the TU project management framework. This role involves engaging relevant stakeholders and project resources, ensuring accurate reporting, and managing risks, issues, and dependencies.

The projects and programs will span multiple international regions and include global initiatives and deployments across the TU enterprise.
Beyond the duties of a Project Manager, the Program Manager oversees a group of projects, providing guidance and direction to all project teams, and offering support and cover when necessary. This role works closely with executive and senior management teams and represents the program of work in reviews with TU Leadership.
Day to Day You'll Be:
- Work closely with sponsors, 3rd parties, suppliers, internal stakeholders, the wider business and operational teams to understand their requirements, developing effective working relationships and on-going management processes for the projects and service delivery.
- Be seen as the leader of the Program, representing the best interests of the Sponsor at various governance and prioritization meetings.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the program or project.
- Manage, monitor, and motivate the cross functional international teams assigned to the Project/Program.
- Creation and management of plans, resource schedules and financial reports; with a focus on creating realistic schedules.
- Prepare project communications to keep stakeholders up to date with progress.
- Evaluate risks and develop strategies to overcome project obstacles.
- Identify and implement appropriate quality standards to ensure project quality.
- Ensure the project knowledge-base is captured, current and stored appropriately.
- Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
- Manage requests for change, ensuring that implications on timelines, cost and scope are clearly articulated.
- Ensure Post-project reviews take place and feedback loop followed.
- Follow the TU delivery governance framework, taking into consideration any data, regulatory and compliance considerations.
- Program, Project, and Change Management Skills: Proficient in program, project, and change management with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Team Leadership and Process Improvement: Capable of directing and developing teams while driving process improvements.
- Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent communication skills with a results-driven, forward-thinking approach and a problem-solving mentality.
- Risk Management & Documentation: Skilled in identifying and managing risks, along with producing thorough documentation.
- Technical Proficiency: Significant knowledge of the Microsoft Application Suite.
- Manages multiple projects within a program to achieve desired business outcomes, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
- Balances stakeholder expectations and project team dynamics while defining program objectives and critical milestones.
- Translates strategic outcomes into tangible project deliverables, fostering the sharing of information and best practices across teams

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
