- Experience with Marketing mix models (MMM), multi-touch attribution (MTA) models, experimentation, multivariate regression, time-series modeling, Bayesian statistics, segmentation modeling, machine learning, data mining, simulation, optimization, and/or forecasting
- Technical or programming skills to handle big data, online search, online advertising attribution and online/offline marketing optimization problems
- Experience with SQL, R, Python, Spark, or Matlab
- 2+ years of modeling and quantitative analytics professional experience or equivalent advanced degree with practical experience
- Bachelor's degree (required) or above (preferred) with economics and mathematical or engineering background: Econometrics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Data Mining, Operations Research, Finance, or similar
- 1+ years of work in Digital Analytics with hands-on experience in Adserver/Web Analytics Logs
- 1+ years of work in digital AdTech industry with thorough understanding of digital metrics
Transunion Marketing Solutions is looking for talented analysts with excellent quantitative and analytical skills. Our ideal candidates are determined to combine the art and science of data analytics and marketing to help clients address the complex challenges of marketing effectiveness, ROI, brand equity impact, channel effectiveness, and pricing. In this role, you'll work with cross-functional teams as a lead data scientist on multi-million dollar customer engagements. You'll build your network with the top marketing leadership in major companies across virtually all industries. You'll work with quantitative marketing data to analyze and reveal the business drivers of the Fortune 500. You will develop expertise at the intersection of big data, marketing, and consulting. Our work is not just about delivering a project and moving on to the next challenge. Instead, it's about delivering an evolving stream of value and enabling fact-based decision making.
- You'll help clients know everything they can about their customers and prospects, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and know if their marketing worked and how to make it better.
- You'll help diagnose business needs, translate into questions that Transunion will answer, and architect data models to implement our solutions.
- You'll work closely with other data scientists, consultants, and external clients to identify new insights, translate findings into the stakeholder's native language and tell stories to make complex things simple to understand.
- Implement multi-touch attribution models (MTA), marketing-mix models (MMM), and experimentation studies to address marketing effectiveness, return on investment (ROI), brand equity impact, segmentation, pricing, and environmental factors
- Develop next gen marketing analytics for unified consumer-centric solutions that incorporate new data assets such as individuals identity data, cross-devices, addressable TV, segmentation, targeting, and test results

Pay Scale Information :
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $67,500.00 - $112,500 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.
Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
