Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, key account management, and project management.

Experience in the financial sector.

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Advanced knowledge of CRM tools and data analysis.

Minimum B2 level of English.

Roll Dynamics:

The Key Account Manager II (KAM II) is responsible for leading the sales operations team in Colombia, ensuring the strategic and efficient management of key accounts. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, optimizing processes, and fostering strong relationships with clients to maximize growth and account retention.

Specific Responsibilities:

Sales Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate the sales operations team to achieve established objectives.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Provide continuous training and development to the team to enhance their skills and competencies.

Key Account Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and objectives.

Ensure the achievement of commercial objectives.

Identify growth opportunities within existing and new accounts.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Implement efficient, metrics-based sales processes to improve predictability and efficiency.

Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.

Process Optimization:

Analyze and improve sales processes to maximize operational efficiency.

Utilize CRM tools and other systems to manage and report sales performance.

Ensure the implementation of best practices in account and sales management.

Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor and evaluate progress towards sales objectives and adjust strategies as necessary.

Establish KPIs associated with the activities performed.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
