Roles and Responsibilities

• Account leadership role responsible for Oil & Gas segment driving business growth by managing key client accounts and developing new business opportunities. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a good understanding of the oil and gas industry.

• Develop and execute commercial strategy for sale of Grid Solutions Power Transmission business line products and services, including Power & Distribution Transformers, High Voltage Circuit Breakers, Disconnectors and Instrument Transformers, Power Quality and Power Sensing devices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that address client challenges

• Own the accurate forecasting of orders, convertible orders, margins, and sales for customer(s).

• Develop and own strategic customer relationships with key decision makers in support of sales teams account strategies.

• Drive identification, prospecting and creation of new sales opportunities.

• Help develop written strategies for pursuing opportunities at Oil & Gas strategic customer accounts.

• Provide feedback regarding market trends, pricing and competition to product line marketing.

• Perform periodic account reviews with management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science degree in a technical and or business discipline

• Minimum of 10 years of account sales or business development

• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in Oil & Gas industry, ideally with experience in Electrical equipment Power & Distribution Transformers, High Voltage Circuit Breakers, Disconnectors and Instrument Transformers

• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time
