What You'll Bring:
&bull Architect, design, assist with implementation, and provide 4th level support for DaaS solutions to meet our clients' needs. &bull Manage and maintain virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environments. &bull Monitor and optimize the performance of DaaS solutions. &bull Provide technical support and troubleshooting for systemic DaaS-related issues. &bull Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure integration and compatibility of DaaS solutions with existing systems. &bull Develop and maintain documentation for DaaS configurations, processes, and procedures. &bull Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in DaaS and related technologies.
Impact You'll Make:
&bull 10+ years of technical experience including experience in technical architecture. &bull Proven experience in designing and managing DaaS solutions. &bull Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). &bull Proficiency in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Citrix, Windows 365). &bull Experience with desktop management tools and technologies. &bull Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. &bull Strong communication and interpersonal skills. &bull Ability to work independently and as part of a team. &bull Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python). &bull Familiarity with security best practices for DaaS environments.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
