The Business Intelligence Manager will support and execute on the strategic vision of the global operating model to align back-office Business Intelligence globally, ensuring accurate and timely data, reporting and data analysis. You will also lead a team of developer/analysts that designs and implements business intelligence and reporting supporting global back-office functions.

What You'll Bring:
&bull 4 year college degree; masters in business administration (MBA) or equivalent preferred.
&bull 5+ years in a Business Intelligence, Information Systems or Operations role.
&bull 2+ years successfully managing analytically rigorous Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, specifically with CRMs.
&bull Intermediate knowledge of the Sales, Revenue, and Marketing systems utilized in a SaaS business operations environment and how to extract valuable data from these systems to drive business insights (e.g., Salesforce, Remedy, ZenDesk, Hubspot, Gainsight etc)
&bull Experience with business intelligence ( e.g. CRM Analytics, Alteryx, PowerBI)
We're also looking for the preferred skills below. Whether you are proficient or could use some brushing up, we're happy to support your development in:
&bull Experience in data governance/hygiene functions
&bull Experience with Pendo
Impact You'll Make:
- Manage the development, maintenance and enhancements of Business Intelligence Solutions for TransUnion using a variety of business intelligence tools.
- Reporting across all internal global stakeholders.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define the metrics and insights that would be most valuable for the enterprise.
- Work closely with the International Business Intelligence team to ensure consistent processes and standards.
- Offer Business Intelligence Analytics as a Service, Self-Service dashboards. Provide education, consulting, standardization and governance on common toolsets, data sources and definitions.
- Execute ad hoc data analytics projects such as Salesforce data migrations.
Adherence to Company policies, sound judgment and trustworthiness, working safely, communicating respectfully, and safeguarding business operations, confidential and proprietary information, and the Company's reputation are also essential expectations of this position.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $106,700.00 - $160,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.
Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
