What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Expert knowledge of calendar management at a senior level.
  • Strong aptitude for technology and experience supporting IT team.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment.
  • Advance skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills, able to complete projects with minimal direction.
  • Extremely self-reliant and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Impact You'll Make:

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant reporting to our Lead, Executive Assistant, for a 3 month contract period. The incumbent will support a variety of C-level leaders on a daily basis. This position has access to and regularly works with information of a sensitive and highly confidential nature, necessitating discretion, sound judgement and professional conduct at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compose and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms.
  • Calendar management.
  • Schedule meetings on behalf of team members.
  • Prepare meeting documentations and minutes, if required.
  • Create and update presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Assist with budgets and invoices.
  • Develop and maintain an electronic filing system.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Liaise with executives and fellow associates to handle requests and queries.
  • Other duties as assigned.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
