Group Details
In order to capitalize on our market position we are looking to hire a Dealer Salesperson to join the New York-based Sales Team. Your experience to date will include developing a sales pipeline, establishing new contacts within existing accounts and identifying new opportunities with existing clients. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible style suited to building relationships with a range of clients and the tenacity to pursue opportunities and close deals. Ideally, you will have gained a solid understanding of Fixed Income products, OTC Derivatives, and have some insight into how products are traded electronically in the Dealer to Dealer and Dealer to Client environment. You should be an effective communicator and able to leverage and share information to maximize growth and opportunities within the business.
We look to hire people who are comfortable in working with minimal supervision as part of a small team in a company that is leading the way in one of the most exciting and fast-moving areas of the of the financial markets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior salespeople to develop and execute the sales strategy whilst partnering with the relevant internal teams.
- Establish yourself as a 'go to' person for customer inquiries and information; educate others and provide presentations / demonstrations as necessary.
- Understand how to maximize revenue from each account.
- Help maintain Tradeweb's position as a market leader within the Fixed Income and Derivatives e-trading market, keeping up to date with market developments and competitor intelligence to maintain competitive advantage.
- Travel to client locations 25-50% of the time to support business needs, build relationships, and drive engagement.
Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 - 10 years' experience
- Business understanding of electronic trading and fixed income ATS marketplace
- Knowledge of fixed income EMS/OMS and 3rd party connectivity providers is a plus
- Series 7 & 63 licenses preferred

- The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $150,000-$210,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
