We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Manager, Global Early Careers to lead and optimize our early careers programs. This role will be responsible for owning and managing early careers budgets, driving program enhancements, and ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for early talent. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the early careers landscape, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to align initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Budget Management

  • Own and manage the global early careers budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI measurement.
  • Develop and implement early careers strategies that align with business goals and workforce planning needs.
  • Monitor and track financial performance, adjusting strategies to maximize impact while staying within budget.

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve early careers programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Partner with TA/TS, business leaders and HR teams to ensure programs align with talent pipelines and long-term workforce planning.
  • Leverage data and insights to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.
Project & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead cross-functional projects to enhance the early careers experience, including diversity initiatives, employer branding, and talent development strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, universities, and external partners to drive engagement and program success.
  • Ensure seamless execution of key events, including assessment centers, career fairs, and onboarding programs.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
  • Develop innovative strategies to enhance the candidate journey and position the company as an employer of choice for early talent.
  • Collaborate with internal Talent Marketing to drive employer branding initiatives, leveraging social media and digital campaigns.
  • Implement inclusive hiring practices to attract and support diverse talent pools.

Education & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of L&D, TA and/or HR background, preferably with a focus on developing early talent.
  • Extensive experience in early careers, campus recruitment, or graduate program management.
  • Strong budget ownership and financial planning skills.
  • Proven project management expertise, with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using insights to drive decision-making and program improvements.
  • Passion for early careers, talent development, and shaping future workforce.
  • Pharma, biotech or medical device exposure preferred
  • Immaculate attention to detail and a keen eye towards visual presentation of work product; excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to create processes, review metrics and measure on-going review of processes for continuous improvement
  • Data driven, with experience in strategic planning, diagnosing pipeline health and funnel conversion rates Experience developing cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship
  • Prior experience with geographically dispersed teams required
  • Advanced level experience with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

This is a 12 month Fixed Contract opportunity.
