What we're looking for

Toyota Central Atlantic Region is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Smartpath Field Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to support Toyota and Toyota dealers by enriching digital strategy, evolving the future of virtual retail and consulting on Internet lead handling and website guest experience resulting in incremental vehicle sales.

Reporting to the Regional eCommerce Manager, the person in this role will support the CAT Regional Office's objective to increase conversion of online to in-store guests and new vehicle sales.

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as subject matter expert answering and researching product and technology questions from dealership personnel.
  • Conducting in-dealership and virtual training for dealership associates.
  • Coordinating, executing, and presenting training for eCommerce, SmartPath Sales and Service, and selling/leadership skills.
  • Working with SmartPath Sales and Service components.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related subject or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Knowledge and previous experience working closely with Alternative Fuel Vehicles (Battery Electric, Plug-in Hybrid, Hybrid, and/or Fuel Cell Electric vehicles).
  • Comprehensive understanding of the US auto industry and dealership sales operations.
  • Ability to learn and train others on core products, immerging technologies, and various program requirements.
  • Consultative skills of problem-solving, research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail.
  • Willing to collaborate in a team environment, organized and enjoys teaching others.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to travel up to 50% if needed.
  • This position requires driving. A motor vehicle record that's acceptable by company standards is required for this position.

  • Curriculum development experience
  • Video development and editing experience.
  • SmartPath Sales and Service experience preferred

The annual base salary range for this position is $77,000.00 - $125,100.00.Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan
