About the Team:
Being a member of the Field Alliances Team, you will be working closely with sales and sales leadership to build pipeline above the funnel and help accelerate opportunities in the funnel by collaborating closely with our partner ecosystem at the field level.
About the Role:
The Field Alliance Director will focus on supporting Mid-Market / SMB East sales teams, to collaborate more effectively with our partner community to stimulate more market awareness and sales opportunities for UKG. Collaborating with the territory sales leadership team, the Field Alliance Director will cultivate relationships across priority partners operating within the territory. This role will leverage the vast ecosystem of market-facing resources within UKG's Alliances community.
A successful Field Alliance Manger will closely align yourself with the regional sales teams to represent both the partner and UKG's interests when it comes to pipeline building, deal execution & program execution. This role will craft the vision for partners in Mid-Market / SMB and align with appropriate stakeholders with execution on the plan in support of sales collective goals.
The Field Alliance Director will be the primary contact between UKG's sales teams and our Partners ensuring Partners of all types, are developing appropriate Go-To-Market activities and awareness in support of the regional sales organization's goals.
This role is to drive, support and enable the UKG Mid-Market / SMB East sales teams on current and future sales opportunities by leveraging the existing alliance partner relationships across the Mid-Market marketplace.
Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
• Build & drive strategic go to market plans with UKG's ecosystem of partners for the Mid-Market / SMB East marketplace.
• Be the focal point with UKG Mid-Market East sales regions to drive overarching partner activities and alignment.
• Responsible for supporting designated sales teams on achieving sales targets by leveraging partners to win opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales team members and partners on pipeline opportunities to drive success.
• Create a plan and lead review sessions with sales leadership regarding pipeline development and opportunities acceleration.
• Bridge with alliance team members to support opportunities based on their relationships.
• Identify and execute key partner win strategies to work with sales and function as a trusted advisor for sales / sales leadership.
• Build strong partner relationships at the field level with all partner types in Mid-Market / SMB market.
• Assist in leveraging regional marketing events with key partnerships in region.
Required Qualifications:
(Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
• 8+ years' experience in Business Development, Consulting, Software Sales, and/or Alliance
• Proven history of success with demonstrated ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including strong presentation skills (including PPT)
• Effective collaborator with the ability to quickly build relationship with sales leaders.
• Strategic thinker: ability to envision the future for our partners within their area of influence and share that vision broadly.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to develop trusting relationship - sales & partners.
• Self-motivation and strong organizational skills
• Ability and willingness to travel (50% +)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Workforce Management/HCM/Payroll/Benefit sales / sales manager experience
• SaaS Sales or Alliances
• Partnership or Business Development

The base salary for this position is $150,000.00 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
