Toyota's Parts Supply Chain Planning Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Senior Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this Senior Analyst in this role is to work as a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that the development team delivers features that provide maximum value to our customers. You will work closely with stakeholders, including customers, developers, and business leaders, to create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with our strategic goals.
Reporting to the Manager, the person in this role will support the Manufacturing Parts Operations and Supply Chain Planning department's objective to aid in the development and implementation of regional system solutions for Internal Logistics, External Logistics, Parts Ordering for North American manufacturing and Service Parts functions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy to all stakeholders.
- Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is transparent, visible, and understood.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their needs, and translate them into actionable user stories.
- Sprint Planning: Participate in sprint planning meetings to ensure the development team understands the product backlog items and their priorities.
- Product Development: Collaborate with the development team during the sprint to clarify requirements and provide feedback.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and inform future improvements.
- User Feedback: Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the product.
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
Added Bonus If You Have
- Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification is a plus.
- Completed JKK and TBP through panel
- Ability to analyze datasets using SQL
- Business Analytics experience, preferably Power BI and/or Tableau
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment
- Experience in Logistics Control, Production Control, Manufacturing, or Internal Logistics functions
- Experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
