Who We're Looking For
Toyota's Environmental & Facility Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Engineer (Plant Construction Project Manager).

The primary responsibility of this role is to as company engineer and assist in construction management (greenfield, expansion, etc.) at production plants and non-manufacturing sites.
Reporting to the Manager of Facility Projects (Construction), the person in this role will support the Environmental & Facility department's objective to provide project management, construction, and building design to ensure projects are designed and built to quality, cost, schedule and safety KPIs for North American manufacturing plants.
What You'll Be Doing
- Technical support to North American Manufacturing plants and LDS sites in the areas of building design and construction, including development and maintaining of building related standards
- Development of criteria (mechanical, electrical, fire protection, civil/structural, etc.) for design of building
- Subject Matter Expert for industrial buildings and building related systems as technical support for local facility groups at each site, as well as for submittals during project management
- Experience in plant planning project management, construction, and building design to ensure projects are designed and built to quality, cost, schedule and safety KPIs
- Customer Satisfaction with proper communication and consensus with customer to support their needs
What You Bring
- Bachelor of Science (ME, EE, CE, ChME)
- I-5 Years construction project management experience
- Experience with computer skills (Microsoft Office - Word Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook)
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Ability to work overtime up to 25% when needed
Added Bonus If You Have
- Professional Engineering License
- Experience in industrial mechanical systems (piping, chilled water, compressed air, etc.)
- Experience in industrial power systems (switchgear, power distribution systems, 480VAC and higher)
- Experience in industrial structural steel systems
- Experience in large scale civil installations
