The primary responsibility of this role is to... Empower users through providing data insights, tools, and knowledge to achieve their objectives. Working with our OneTech counterparts to manage our data, this senior analyst role serves as the first layer of support the SPO network when it comes to data and BI tools.

Reporting to the Systems Innovations Manager (Business Intelligence), the person in this role will support the Service Parts Operations objective to increase digital literacy across the network and to be the bridge to a digitalized organization.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Data and Analytics Senior Analyst duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Work with business users to understand functional requirements of their use cases
    • Serve as Tableau Server Admin (permission, securities, etc)
    • Work to close gap on data lineage and data dictionaries
    • Create, Organize and execute training material to support users(Tableau and Data)
    • Help determine what data tables are available and what future tables are needed
    • Keep track of projects and provide status updates to leadership
    • Problem investigation and support ad hoc request
    • Help implement/sunset BI tools when applicable
    • Work collaboratively with groups across TMNA and One Tech

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in, Data and Analytics or Management, Computer Science, Supply Chain or equivalent experience
  • Experience leading cross functional projects
  • Experience in service parts function and organizations
  • Excellent technical capabilities and skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Organizational Skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient in Tableau
  • Proficient in Alteryx

Added Bonus If You Have

  • Completed JKK and TBP through panel
  • Service Parts Data/Systems Experience
  • Service Parts Field Experience
  • Familiar with Service Parts Business Systems
  • Data Engineering or Data Management Background
  • Worked on or with Scrum teams
  • Experience with SQL, Python or other analysis tools
