A Day in the Life:
JOB SUMMARY
The Trainer supports the Senior Trainer in the coordination & development, delivery Omni Channel coaching and measurement the success of training programs across the retail stores in ASIA (HK, Macau, Singapore, Australia and Taiwan). The individual will be highly analytical and be able to use different retail KPIs to drive service and transaction qualities. He/ she will also has an exposure in developing high quality training programs to the store teams, such as service training, store management coaching, and social media training.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support in designing, localizing and implementing training programs & system for different Asia regions through classroom training and virtual training
- Responsible in analyzing effectiveness of different training initiatives, define post training follow-up activities and enhancement program
- Develop high quality regional use training aids such as manuals, videos, handbooks and training PowerPoints
- Inspire, motivate, train the field sales force via in-store coaching, especially on areas of selling ceremony, product knowledge and customers journey
- Manage Mystery shopper program and Net promoter score follow up actions
- Coordinate the E-learning platform from course uploading, enrollment and monitor the completion
- Manage all logistics of training such as training notice, room set-up, material preparation, training database, reports etc.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (Retail, Talent, Buying, VM, Marcom and IT) to identify training needs and develop suitable training program and contents
- Plan and support in various training activities including workshops team building/ kick off meeting to engage the retail
- Regular travel to different regions for new market set-up and staff orientation
- Support in any ad hoc projects
EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- Degree holder
- Minimum of 3 years' retail training experience, candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Trainer
- Retail selling or field coaching experience is preferred
- Proven experience in managing/ facilitating physical and virtual classroom
- Familiar the use of different social media platforms, such as Instagram, RED, Line and WeChat
- Knowledge in video editing and social media content creation
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient in English and Chinese translation and a confident speaker with various language, such as English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Self-motivated, active, presentable, passionate in fashion
- Creative and flexible
- Travelling is required
