This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:
You are eager to support the strategy of growing our North America Retail Fleet while reporting directly to the SVP, North America Retail, acting as a key member of the regional leadership committee. You have an entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in fashion, culture and current trends. You're agile, have strong project management expertise and a strategic mindset to support continuous growth and innovation in our retail operations. You enjoy hands-on management of field operations with a strategic focus on leveraging data, competitive insights, and analytics to refine our retail strategy, support customer acquisition, and enhance loyalty. This role will oversee a team of five.
A Day in the Life:
The typical day will have an emphasis on retail operations, retail strategic support, and project management, reporting directly to the SVP of NA Retail. You will oversee & facilitate all Retail Operations, including New Store Openings, Policy & Procedures, & Store Communications. You will bring Clientelling to life in our Retail Stores with support from CRM & Technology, acting as a key liaison with IT for Retail Technology. You will enhance & lead North America Retail communications while enhancing a consumer-focused mindset, leading Retail Operations, & supporting Real Estate (New Store Openings, analysis, etc.) with a strategic lens. You will work closely with all corporate partners (Buying, Planning, Tech, Finance, Logistics, Marketing, etc.) to bring our retail operations & strategy to life in partnership with our Sr. Director, NA Omni Strategy.
To Land This Role:
- Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred
- 10+ years' relevant experience, prior experience working cross functionally with CRM, Operations, FP&A strongly preferred
- Prior management experience overseeing a team
- Strong Presentation skills and Executive presence
- Strong collaboration and creative problem solving skills
- Proficient in all modern digital tools & platforms - including social media
- Proficient in managing reporting and BI tools ideally with AI or Automation skills
