• Supports the daily operation
• Works closely with the Regional Talent team in driving Talent initiatives in talent management, compensation & benefits and employee relations
• Support the implementation of global Talent initiatives such as performance planning and career & development planning
• Responsible for managing the execution of general Talent activities
• Monitoring the sourcing and recruiting for Retail store
• Collaborates with functional teams on Talent initiatives
• Works as business partner with Area Managers, City Manager and Store Managers to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of Talent management
• Maintain HRIS system (Workday) accuracy and headcount management to align with global standards
• Support ad-hoc tasks/project as required

• Degree holder with a minimum of 3-5 years HR generalist experience
• Luxury retail experience is a plus
• Proven work record as good stakeholder management
• Detailed-oriented, multi-tasked, independent and well-organized, able to integrate in a work culture of speed and agility
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, team-player and work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Native or fluent Japanese and business level English
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint
