• (1) EC operation: The Associate helps ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all web content publishing to deliver a best-in-class online business

• (2) Digital marketing: The Associate is responsible for managing digital initiatives such as Email/ Paid search/ Display/ Social/ Affiliate that will impact conversion and sales

• (Campaign planning) Development & execution of seasonal plans and strategies for digital to drive the brand and business goals

• (Site refresh) Responsible for set up and execution of all daily/ weekly/ monthly website changes including managing data related to seasonal content, product information, product imagery, site functionality, promotions and pricing

• (UI/UX and Site experience) Manage site operations to develop the digital roadmap and identify key initiatives, site enhancements and partnerships to drive the business

• (e-MD) Collaborate daily with buying, planning and allocation to stay knowledgeable on the international product buy, product delivery dates, and any product changes

• (Quality assurance) QA/ Test all launches of new content/ functionality to website from development to the live websites

• (Inventory control) Manage local warehouse from logistics and IT system standpoint

• (Digital marketing) Partner with Digital Marketing Manager to drive acquisition & retention strategies and initiatives that will increase conversion on the site

• (Digital activations) Execute digital marketing actions through various media channels such as Email, Paid search/ Displays (Google/ Yahoo), Social (FB/ LINE), Affiliate, etc.

• (Creatives) Manage local agency on images, copies and measurement information with collaborating with the U.S. HQ creative teams

• Bachelor's Degree

• 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce/digital web content operation and/or digital marketing (especially email marketing and digital creative management)

• Retail industry (especially luxury or high-brand) experience preferred

• Consulting (strategy or IT) industry experience is a plus

• Knowledge of CMS (Demandware/ Salesforce/ AEM), HTML knowledge welcome

• Knowledge of email marketing platform, send list strategy, and email database management.

• Multi-lingual (English/ Japanese)

• Ability to multi-task and react to shifting priorities while adhering to deadlines

• Self-starter with creative problem solving-skills and strong sense of ownership
