Team Intro
The Wellbeing Ops & Culture team exists to support USDS Trust & Safety employees by managing initiatives that support holistic wellbeing - with a focus on psychological health - and strengthening our organizational culture.
Our wellbeing programming is centered around a psychological risk prevention model, and interventions are based on research and measurement, benchmarked against competitors. This industry-informing approach aims to elevate psychological health practices in TikTok Trust & Safety and the industry at large. Our program framework provides a roadmap for better psychological health for our employees, allowing them to acquire new skills, strategies and knowledge that can help them to be better equipped to work in trust and safety and perform better in their roles.

To do this work and develop unique solutions for unique teams, we partner with all Trust & Safety lines of business, and have expanded our partnerships to other teams within USDS.
This position will be full-time and will be based in our Scottsdale, AZ location.
In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Wellbeing Ops & Culture Program Lead and Global Wellbeing Team to tailor, implement and manage wellbeing programs based on a Global Wellbeing Strategy and Framework
- Staff well-being and culture program initiatives, participation rates, and report site health.
- Set and monitor productivity targets with vendor clinicians and workload assignments, and ensure appropriate coverage for site support.
- Build deep knowledge expertise at site level to recommend effective wellbeing programming interventions, customized to cultural and business needs
- Provide psychoeducational training surrounding mental health to the site.
- Organize in collaboration with the wellness ambassadors/ HRs to promote well-being via evidenced-based initiatives.
- Ensure compliance to legal and regulatory standards related to employee psychological health and safety.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Post-graduate degree or equivalent professional qualifications in health psychology, behavioural science or another relevant health behaviour-related field; (Licensed Clinical Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Full unrestricted license to practice
- 2+ years of experience in supporting evidence-based health and wellbeing programs and initiatives in a corporate context;
- Experience providing consultancy on complex topics to a range of stakeholders;
- Strong working knowledge of Operations metrics and structure
- Willingness to travel (approximately 10% post-COVID)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of Trust and Safety operations workflows and experience developing and evaluating behavior change interventions in applied settings.
- Ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
- Resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
