About the Team
Data Cycling Center (DCC) is a data acquisition team that manages the labelling supply chain to empower AI solutions. In layman terms, we provide labelled data (Video, Images etc) to Data Science teams to train and evaluate their machine learning models.
One of our initiatives is to implement crowdsourced labelling. Have you ever done a capcha "click on all the photos of cars" to login? That in essence is labelling. We believe everyday people are capable of labelling and want to collaborate with them to build the machine models of tomorrow.

About the Role
As a User Growth Scientist, you will be the key architect of our team's human capital (HC) expansion. This role requires a blend of strategic foresight, market acumen, and operational planning to drive sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:
- Matching Labeler Supply to Project Demand: Dictate expansion strategy to align labeler supply with project demand, considering factors such as language, skill, and demographic requirements.
- New market and demographic test suit: Create and implement a standard suite of tests for pre & post recruitment. This suite is designed to: Provide vital insights into different markets and demographics, including determining the price floor, and projecting productivity and quality levels specific to each group.
- Guide strategic decisions regarding the types of labeling projects, payment structures, incentive schemes, and targeted marketing strategies best suited for various crowdsourcer segments.
- Cost Reduction: Identify and target markets and demographics that offer cost-effective labeling solutions without compromising on quality.
- Evaluate current cost of inhouse, vendor and outsourced labellers to determine target markets and demographics.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees (Masters or PhD) are highly valued.
- Ideally, 3-5 years of experience in growth strategy, market analysis, or a similar field, with a proven track record in developing and implementing effective growth strategies.
- Experience in human capital acquisition and market penetration strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in statistics and data analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools (e.g., Excel, R, Python, SQL, Tableau).
- Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, predictive modeling, and analytics platforms.
