TikTok LIVE-Regional Operations-Japan aims to empower a safe, authentic, and inclusive LIVE environment and provide the best real-time experience that cultivates a sense of belonging, enhances real-life experience, enables diverse businesses and provides economic opportunities for people to interact in real-time. Members with high motivation to grow gather, and there is a culture of open discussion from a qualitative and quantitative point of view.
Job Description
- Responsible for increasing the diverse content of TikTok Live, understanding local users' preference and trends, negotiating and launching PGCs to increase the user-base in live business. Responsible for the watch-side indicators of TikTok Live Japan;
- Analyse and optimize the current content to introduce more new watch users. Understand content with corresponding audience and make strategies to acquire wanted content.
- Have a deep understanding of the live ecosystem and the mentality of watch users, able to integrate and use effective operation means to achieve core operation indicators, and precipitate systematic operation methods.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- English and Japanese are required for this position to effectively collaborate with Japanese-speaking partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- 3+ years proven experience in user-growth role and strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good knowledge of data analysis techniques. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic about the LIVE streaming industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Japanese market and cultural nuances.
- Worked for giant user-based companies and succeeded in certain user growth programs.
