Responsibilities:
The Training and Quality Specialist will design, implement, and evaluate training programs and performance to enhance the skills and performance of employees. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify training needs, developing learning materials, and ensuring that training initiatives align with MI's strategic goals while also assessing the quality of content moderation to ensure adherence to TikTok's community guidelines and standards.
- Design, develop, and facilitate engaging training sessions and coaching, aligned with organizational goals.
- Assess existing training materials, identify areas for improvement, and update them to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

- Evaluate training program effectiveness weekly through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate training records, including scheduling, materials, and user enrollment in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Conduct audits for Vendors/IH teams, assess the quality of RCAs, and review market action plans to provide constructive feedback.
- Represent QA in the Precision Plus virtual committee to align on critical policy and operational issues cross-functionally.
- Proactively analyze performance data from dashboards to identify trends within the moderation ecosystem.
- Participate in WBRs and MBRs as TikTok MI Quality representative for designated markets.
- Track performance of new hires and tenured IH QAs, driving improvement actions and highlighting performance gaps to leadership.
- Act as the first-line auditor for team and individual output quality.
- Perform both quantitative and qualitative analyses to deliver insights, define goals, and drive quality improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to address quality-related needs promptly.
- Participate in quality calibrations to ensure policy understanding and drive consistent results.
- Contribute to the development and continuous optimization of quality inspection standards, processes, systems, and tools.
- Execute both quantitative and qualitative analyses of data and trends to proactively deliver insights, define goals, and drive quality improvements;
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
1.Proven professional experience in a similar scope training/QA role
2. 2+ years of working experience in data analysis
3. Strong mathematical skills to measure, collect, analyze data and the ability to articulate insights clearly.
4. Strong communication and presentation/facilitation skills
5. Proven ability to create training materials using basic instructional design

2. Strong communicator with the ability to derive and clearly articulate actionable insights from complex data sets.
3. Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguous situations and materials, and utilize resources for excellent results
4. Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills; multiple languages will be a plus
