Job Summary
The Training Quality and Metrics Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of HR services through the development and delivery of training programs, quality assurance, and metrics analysis. This position will collaborate with various HR teams to ensure that training initiatives align with organizational goals and that quality standards are met across HR processes The Specialist will leverage data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with HR teams and business units to align training, quality, and metrics initiatives with organizational objectives
- Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders regarding training needs, quality assurance, and metrics analysis
Training Program Development & Delivery
- Assist in the design, development, and delivery of training programs for HR Services team members, employees, and managers
- Identify training needs through assessments and feedback, ensuring training materials are current, relevant, and effective
- Update training content based on process changes, new technologies, and participant feedback
Quality Assurance & Process Auditing
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits of HR processes to ensure compliance with established standards
- Analyze audit findings and collaborate with teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement quality standards and procedures
Metrics & Analytics
- Develop and maintain HR and dashboards to monitor performance, identify trends, and assess the effectiveness of HR services
- Analyze data to provide insights on service delivery, process efficiency, and team performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Present findings and reports to HR leadership on key performance indicators and trends
Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within HR Services by facilitating process improvement workshops and brainstorming sessions
- Monitor the impact of implemented improvements and adjust strategies as necessary to enhance service quality and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in HR services, training development, quality assurance, or data analysis
- Strong understanding of HR processes and training methodologies
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to create dashboards and metrics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience in instructional design and development of training materials
- Familiarity with quality assurance practices and auditing processes
- Certification in HR or training and development is a plus
