Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate the governance performance of e-commerce business modules. Continuously gain insights into governance issues and pain points through data analysis and research.
2. Based on the understanding and analysis of the entire business link, propose optimization strategies for governance strategies, products, and processes, and follow up on the implementation of strategies to achieve efficient operation of e-commerce business.
3. Sort out the business pain points of each governance sector, and collaborate with the US governance team to establish SOP to promote the solution to problems and strategy optimization.
4. Master the system's strategy formulation methods proficiently and be able to continuously summarize, precipitate, and innovate in practice.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. 5 years of experience related to e-commerce
2. 3 years of experience in US e-commerce governance.
3. Effective communicator in both English and Mandarin, being able to convey complex content concepts in both languages, in a clear and compelling manner, ultimately driving successful client engagements. Business proficiency in Mandarin will be required to bridge communication and liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients/sellers

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Possess category operation experience and governance experience in the cross-border e-commerce platform, such as Amazon/AliExpress/Temu and so on.
2. SQL-related experience

Job Information

[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $136000 - $273000 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
