Why TikTok Shop
TikTok Shop is seeking a multi-disciplinary leader to help us reimagine the logistics experience for small and midsize (SMB) business customers. This role will take an end-to-end view of the SMB seller lifecycle, looking for ways to streamline seller onboarding, accelerate scaling, create intuitive support touchpoints, and graduate sellers to enterprise-level solutions when they reach sufficient scale.
This role is perfect for those who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about leading complex initiatives with cross-functional teams. You will collaborate across user research, product, operations, marketing, legal, and many other teams to design and implement these new solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the development of an end-to-end logistics solution for SMB customers by conducting comprehensive customer research, setting a strategic vision, and managing cross-functional execution.
- Drive initiatives to address merchant pain points, including writing detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), providing critical feedback during product development, and leading the go-to-market strategy for new product solutions.
- Build robust business cases to evaluate new ideas, quantify their potential, and measure the impact of new solutions.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders in User Research, Product, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and more.
- Maintain a strong customer-centric approach, continuously gathering and analyzing feedback to refine and enhance product offerings.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
-5 years of experience in product management, business operations, or a related field.
-Proven ability to influence senior leaders across various functions and build alignment around new initiatives.
-Strong track record of developing and launching new initiatives (0->1).
-Proficient in data analysis, metric development, and building analytical support for proposals.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Master's degree in Business or a related field.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $136800 - $273600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
