About the team
Part of the Global E-commerce team, we are looking for business talents to drive the growth for TikTok Shop's newest e-commerce feature - TikTok Shop Shopping Center.
TikTok Shop Shopping Center serves as a central hub where users can easily discover promotions and a wider product assortment from across our TikTok Shop merchants recommended through shoppable content (in-feed video, product showcase and LIVEs) as well as manage their orders all natively within one tab.
Responsibilities
In this role, we are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, problem solver to:
1. Campaign Planning and Execution: work with other team members to create comprehensive campaign strategies, including promotion strategy, campaign assortment plan, traffic and marketing plan, etc, in order to drive incremental GMV through thoughtful integration of product assortment and user promotions within TikTok US shopping center. Responsible for executions and providing operational support during each campaign period to ensure customer experience.
2. Data Analysis: Monitoring campaign performance to proactively identify risks, and leveraging creative problem solving to resolve effectively while delivering to goals. Evaluate performance and indicators to identify the penetration targets required in order to deliver campaign goals based on different mechanisms.
3. Market Research: be sensitive to market dynamics, conduct competitor research and provide insights to inform strategy planning and decision making.
Qualifications
1. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing operational strategies that have driven significant sales growth and improved customer engagement in an e-commerce space.
2. Strong data analytical skills, clear logical thinking and good self-drive. Adept at creative problem-solving and adaptable to ambiguity, shifting approaches or priorities.
3. Good project management skills and able to effectively communicate across different audiences and stakeholder groups and drive key decision alignment.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree, 3+ years of e-commerce work experience

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $106400 - $191330 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
