Global E-Commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for not only our buyers, but also our sellers and creators. Service and Moderation Team (SMT) is part of the GNE organization. Our mission is to create the most trustworthy E-commerce platform with a delightful service experience. SMT is looking for an IPR Proactive Operations Analyst role to conduct analysis to identify moderation risks proactively on the platform and remove them to assure platform safety.

Role & Responsibilities
- By leveraging internal data, proactively identify the potential risks on the E-commerce platform based on existing data from internal and external teams' projects, local laws and regulations and feedback from customers/users to drive more proactive solutions implemented like policy/model moderation capability and strategy iteration and optimization.
- Output data report for specific markets among internal and external teams to present the findings, address the risk via making data-driven recommendations for process/product tool optimization, and drive long solutions implement.
- Conduct risk inspection based on the identified risk, or by request from internal and external teams.
- Conduct regular/adhoc training and calibration to BPO partners to assure BPO fully understand the policy and workflow.
- Monitor moderation agents and QA accuracy and productivity to keep achieving the business target to assure high level quality and efficient delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the global resource management team to manage specific markets' BPO's performance by complying with compliance protocols, and company policies.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience, an advanced degree is preferred.
- 2 years working experience as Quality Assurance Analyst/Subject Matter Expert for Trust & Safety operation.
- Strong time management, risk management, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to drive process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable, fast learner and highly motivated with experience in operations and project management.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive work-style.
- Experience with proactive policy enforcement.
