The Fulfillment Center Operations Team at TikTokShop ensures seamless, efficient, and high-quality operations across our fulfillment centers. Our core responsibilities include overseeing overall warehouse operations, driving continuous improvement, and managing operational costs and profitability. We prioritize quality and productivity through strategic business improvements and innovative processes. Our dedication to these goals ensures exceptional service and operational excellence, finding the root cause and planning for next improvement. and organize the team to meet our goals.

Supervise and Control Performance:
- Monitor and control the team's performance and daily output to meet KPIs.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and maintain high standards of quality and service.
Oversee Operations and Issue Resolution:
- Supervise daily inventory operations and escalate issues to the manager or analyst team as needed.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues, providing recommendations for solutions.
Inventory Management Supervision:
- Oversee the implementation of Inventory Management in Assigned Warehouse
Review and Correct Reports:
- Review inventory reports submitted by leaders, making necessary corrections and providing feedback.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all reports.
Investigate Issues:
- Investigate field issues to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of all operational problems.
Emergency Response and Compliance:
- Report and respond to emergencies
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies, maintaining a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with fulfillment center operations, WMS, and basic data analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Work location in Osowilangun Warehouse, Surabaya

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in warehouse management systems and data analysis.
- Experience in training and development initiatives.
- Knowledge of HSE standards and compliance regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to lead and conduct briefings, walkthroughs, and performance dialogues.
